Our Commitment to Authenticity

Every item at Chogs Cards is inspected, authenticated, and logged prior to dispatch. To protect our community from fraud and card-swapping, we enforce strict return conditions.

1. Your Statutory Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel your order.

2. Sealed Products

Sealed products (Booster Boxes, ETBs, etc.) are only eligible for return if the factory shrink wrap remains 100% intact and untampered. If the factory seal is broken, peeled, or missing, the item is considered "used" and is no longer eligible for return, as the market value of the product is derived entirely from its sealed integrity.

3. Raw Singles & Fraud Prevention

We use high-resolution imaging and physical logging to track the condition and identity of every single card dispatched.

  • Condition Claims: Any claim that a card is "not as described" must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
  • Authentication Verification: All returned cards are subject to a mandatory, professional authentication process upon receipt.
  • Tamper Policy: If a returned card does not match our internal logs, or exhibits signs of tampering or swapping, no refund will be issued.

Anti-Fraud Warning: Chogs Cards operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud. If you return a counterfeit card or attempt to deceive us in any way, you will be permanently blocked from our platform, your account will be terminated, and we reserve the right to report the activity to the relevant authorities and the police. We take the integrity of our inventory and the trust of our collectors very seriously.

4. Graded Slabs

Graded slabs are sold "as-is" regarding the grade. We do not accept returns based on subjective disagreement with a third-party grader's assessment. Returns for transit damage to the plastic case are accepted only if reported with photos of the original packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Return Process & Shipping

If a return is authorized, items must be returned in the exact protective packaging (toploaders/sleeves/box) they arrived in. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using a tracked and insured service. We recommend keeping your postage receipt until the return is processed.
